With the blessings of Sant Bhagwant Sahebdada and the Sadguru Santo, we invite you to participate in our annual Sahebji Youth Shibir - West Coast at Upasana Dham Norwalk, CA! This registration form is for both campers and volunteers. This shibir aims to reinforce Samp, Suhradbhav, and Ekta among the youth at the regional level. We will participate in fun and spiritually engaging activities leading to lifelong memories!

Event Details & Fees

Age Limit: Ages 5 - 30 years
Children 5-7 must be accompanied by an ACTIVE parent/guardian.
Registration Fee: $25/person (Collected at check-in). This fee applies to all attendees (campers, volunteers, and parents accompanying their children).
Registration fee includes t-shirt fees.

For minors, the accompanying adult will serve as their designated Emergency Contact.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgment

I consent to my or my child's participation in all activities organized by Anoopam Mission during the shibir.
In exchange for the acceptance of mine or said child's candidacy by Anoopam Mission, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Anoopam Mission and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected shibir sessions.
In case of injury to me or said child, I hereby waive all claims against Anoopam Mission including all counselors, volunteers, and administrators.

Code of Conduct Agreement

As an attendee of the Sahebji Youth Shibir, I agree to:

Treat all participants, instructors, and volunteers with respect, courtesy, and cooperation.
Avoid actions that could harm others physically or emotionally. Fighting, bullying, or other inappropriate behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal without refund.
Respect the property of others, including camp and personal belongings. Damaging or defacing property is not allowed.
Communicate appropriately, refraining from foul language, gestures, or harsh words.
Comply with all safety rules and dress appropriately for activities, including wearing closed-toe/heel shoes.
Abstain from bringing weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or any illicit substances to camp.
Report violations of this agreement to the Shibir Administrative Volunteer.
Participate in all activities to the best of my ability while maintaining a fun and inclusive environment.
I understand that violating the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal from the shibir.
