Fee
We request that each camper pay an application fee of $100 to reserve their spot as an attendee. This can be paid via credit or debit card on the last page of the registration form. Please note, this fee is non-refundable and does not qualify as tax-deductible. Any additional donations are warmly welcomed and can be made via Paypal Giving Fund or in-person during the check-in process on June 21.
Parental Supervision Policy
Children between the ages of 5-8 will be considered freshman campers but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There are no organized activities for children ages 4 and under. If a parent wishes to bring a child age 4 or under, they must remain with them at all times. Parents are not required to complete a registration form. For further information or inquiries, please email info@sahebjiyouth.org.
Transportation
Airport pick-ups will be available from the following airports: Allentown (ABE), Newark (EWR), Philadelphia (PHL), and Trenton (TTN). We kindly ask campers to be mindful when booking early morning or late-night flights out of respect for our dedicated volunteers coordinating transportation. Planning your arrival and departure at reasonable times will help ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for everyone.
Accommodations
All YYC campers will be comfortably housed in nearby hotels in the Allentown area, with separate accommodations for boys and girls. Daily camp activities will take place on the Mandir campus, where an enriching and immersive experience awaits. Transportation will be provided between the hotels and the Mandir to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
Local campers have the option to commute from home, but we kindly request that you arrive on time each morning according to the provided schedule to fully participate in the camp experience.
Groups
To create a more engaging and enriching experience, campers will be grouped by age for select activities. These include inspiring sabhas, dynamic team-building exercises, and thoughtful discussion groups, ensuring meaningful connections and age-appropriate learning. Each group will have the opportunity to bond, grow, and immerse themselves in the YYC experience alongside peers.

- A large, air-conditioned temple hall for gatherings and programs.
